first message and about my mentor :)

After spending so much time being a voyeur checking blogs of others, at last I am starting today…

I think a close friend of mine stimulated me to make this step. He is Mr. MartinMystere and those who can read turkish can follow his blog ! He is a good connaisseur of movie and comics arts and surely it is worth a visit from time to time ! Being my mentor in this blogging business, I think I was owing him this dedicatory ! By the way he is a newcomer also.. so some of you can think that i am just so modest (or loser!!) choosing a friend who has just a few messages in his blog.. but it is the quality that counts , not quantity !! One Martin Mystere message worths 100 tigers in a jungle..

So far so good… I hope that you can hear from me very soon !

Boy: Tales of Childhood: AND Going Solo by Roald Dahl :
The childhood memories of my favourite writer Roald Dahl could be read in this book called Boy : Tales of Childhood. Puffin Books has a special edition covering this memoire with Going Solo which is the second part of his life and covering how he became a pilot during the 2nd World War. I think this set is a must for everyone who admires Roald Dahl.

Design for the Real World: Human Ecology and Social Change by Victor Papanek :
A book that every designer/architect should read. Victor Papanek’s work means even more with some issues that he covered (ecology, sustainability, socially responsable design approach) are considered more seriously than ever. People from any design field will find the ideas and the philosophy helpful.

Diary by Chuck Palahniuk :
This was the first book that I read after starting the blog. I am on the way to read Choke and Lullaby from Chuck Palahniuk. As an amazon.co.uk reviewer had written : ” Chuck spews out more ideas on one page than most writers do in a lifetime.
