Financia su granja en FarmVille
Es genial la noticia en Cumhuriyet (tr) de hoy.
Dos chavales (de 15 y 16 años) pidieron el acceso a las lineas de subvenciones del departamento de agricultura en la provincia de Kuşadasi, en el oeste de Turquía, para financiar los gastos de abono y gasolina de sus granjas en FarmVille. Los chavales se enteraron de las ayudas del estado por la tele.
El director de la oficina, Hasan Göçmen, dijo que quedaron sorprendidos ante esta demanda y tuvieron que rechazar la petición. Sin embargo añadió que “para la formación de nuevas generaciones de granjeros y ganaderos es importante desarrollar vínculos directos y es una forma útil de difundir la información sobre la materia.” Por lo tanto invitó a los jóvenes a pasar por las oficinas cada mes para charlar sobre temas de agricultura y ganadería en cambio de una ayuda directa pagada en forma de chocolate como premio. El mismo no esta seguro si los chavales volverían a pasar por allí.

Kuşadası’nda 15-16 yaşlarında iki çocuk önce Facebook internet sitesinde Farm Town, Farm Ville gibi sanal çiftlik oyunlarında çiftlik sahibi oldu, sonra İlçe Tarım Müdürlüğü'ne başvurarak gübre ve mazot desteği istedi.

Here is a pretty nice example of pixilation: POLE POSITION is a video performance created by Swiss artist Guillaume Reymond as part of the Game Over project. This video was shot during the Vooruit festival in Belgium.
You could find more about the GAME OVER project and other works of Guillaume Reynaud and his collaborators in the NOTsoNOISY web page where you can also watch Space Invaders and Pong videos. Without a doubt GAMEOVER is nice and creative representation of early icons of video games.
