barcelona is one of my favorite cities. i am american, my aunt is german but has become spanish over 25 years of living there. i was surprised how anti-american spain was on my last visit three years ago. knowing that the spainish people were living under arab dictatorship for 1400 years, and the dictatorship of franco, i was always amazed that spain with a few years of democracy has retreated from the world stage back into its fortresses. please visit my blog and comment. nice yours
